MySQL Error
 
My host is trying to restore my forum, they said that they get this error:

ERROR 1064 at line 2: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' at line 6

we are using mysql version - 4.0.25

How can i or my host fix this error?
