Login Problem after Import
 
We have just started using vBulletin and have done an import from UBB Classic. For some reason old member login names and passwords don't work. Any help?

What do you mean don't work? Does the forum say the password is incorrect or the username doesn't exist or? Are these old member login names still in the database?

Also remember UBB Classic has the 'login name' and 'display name' whereas vB doesn't. Make sure you ask those members to try both the login name and display name when trying to log in. Check via your ACP which one has been imported.
