Question about subscription manager.

When users purchase a subscription on my site shouldnt it move them to their new usergroup automatically?

I've just had my first two subscriptions purchased, and it didnt move them to their new usergroup so i was wonder if i had something set up wrong.

Also how hard is it to integreate other payment gateways with vBulletin.
