sticky posting (like vb3.5 style look likes)
 
i have some request to improving our vbulletin (3.5.1)
can i made some STICKY POSTING (like vb3.5 style looks like, but without "INSTALL button)), so if i enter into posting group, i can see the "sticky" message when i jump into another page in the thread starter...

btw, thanks for your help and kind..
