Optmize the original server. Does your my.cnf file have any settings in them?

Go to the Server Configuration forum at vbulletin.com, read the stickied post in the top of the forum, and post a new thread with all the information that was requested in the sticked thread. Jelsoft support staff will try to help you optimiye your configuration.
