import 3.5 data into current vb3.0.7 site
 
is it possible to imort the data?
if so, whats the best way to do this?
its a small site running on 3.5, 107 users, 300 posts and id like to imoprt their data into our forum which runs 3.0.7.

Any advise would be great, ie: program to use, issues to look for etc etc

We dont want to upgrade our large forum due to the modifications/hacks we have already in 3.0.7. We have 6500 users there and wanna leave it as is. Were giving an oppurtunity for another forum to exist within ours.
