[v3 Arcade] Limit access based on activity?

Hey Gang,

I've got a little bit of a dilemma on my site: I've got a bunch of users who visit the site regularly but go straight to the arcade and fail to participate regularly in the forum.

Is there any way to place a condition on access to the arcade? (i.e. you may only access the arcade after making 5 posts today.)

Any help is appreciated,
