Hack poster?

Is there a hack available that posts hacks like on vBulletin.org?

I like that very much but I need it for a different purpose.

Common question. General concensus is that no, there isn't, it's a custom job for vb.org. But there's a hack that does it somewhat, here:

There is a template someone offered with that as well (link in the first post) that makes it look alot like here at vb.org

I have changed to work more like vb for a client once , it is not to bad if you know how to hack.
