Looking for a vbulletin mod / creator

Looking for a mod or a programmer to create one for me. Combinding a Thread with a Calendar giving users to rate different things on a day by day bases and comment on them in the thread. The Calendar portion will track the change in rating. maybe even chart it. In addition, doing a private one so that a user can ither create one for themself or create it so that users can join the thread and contrubute.
