Where's the logo?
Where's the REGISTER button?
Where's the search function?
Why display USERCP and PM INBOX to unregistered users?
Why so BIG (header icons)?
What's the site about? (it needs some intro text or tag-line)
Where are all the menu options that are usally found within navbar? (many owners would want to have this on ... at least offer them a conditional)

- remove double border on tborder class
- add cellspacing or some color to show separation amongst forums

You may want to consider another name as it's already taken...many months ago ;)
