what could be causing this error

ive noticed when viewing who's online,when a member logs out of the forum i see an error icon,ive tested it with a username ive made up, logged in then logged out,but it shows the error saying they are logging in but they have actually logged out,see below screenshot,has anyone got a clue as to why i'm getting this error thanx in advance

Does 'who's online' know the difference between logging in and out? :/
