Admin view ALL Pms via CP

Can someone make me a code so that admin can search for a user and view their pms? and allow them to select what usergroups can have their pms viewed etc... and to have the option in admin permissions.

There are a view modifications available for 3.5 that allow Admins to read (or even search) PM's. One of htem you can find in my profile.
