Pre-filled text in new thread.

I'm pretty sure this already exists, but I can't for the life of me find it. I'd like a hack that allows me to have some text already entered in the editing box when a user clicks "New Thread". It would have to be defineable on a per-forum basis.

Ack, I posted this in the wrong forum, I meant it to be in 3.5 Mod requests. Someone mind moving it?
