Is there a good upload/download manager for vBulletin
 

I'm after some kind of modification that will allow my users to upload/download files and videos in a managed fashion i.e with permissions and categories.

Is anything like this available for 3.5 at present?

I have been playing with this and it seems pretty good. The only trouble I have had is integrading it with vbportal. It comes with the code for vbadvance.

is there another hack too?

have you tryed mkportal that as a lot of extra feature like
uploading images
shoutbox
download centre
blogs
advetising section its really good m8 and this can work with the forum script inside it or outside and you can still have vbportal running
