Recommend me a diff utility
I figure there has to be someone here using one.
I'm looking for a simple freeware diff utility that'll just take two bits of code/text/whatever and lay out the differences. Any recommendations? :) |
Araxis Merge.

Eclipse does a shiny job, although it's overkill if all you want to do is diff files.

My little open source program written in Delphi 2006. It has been in development for 2 years and is finally outta "development" in other words, not just sitting on my hard drive. It is called the Knobend NFO/DIZ Editor. Give it a try, it is free for all to use:

there was some thread lately that was comparing these code editors... where is it ?

There's also winmerge available on sourceforge.net

[/high] oh, btw, the best code editor you can have for mac is BBEdit... but you need a good budget to purchase it! >>edit for my wife: "btw" is NOT "bbw" ! |
