Best hacks to make money from?

I'm looking for ways to generate some revenue from my forum. What are some of the best hacks I can install to help accomplish this goal?

there is no hack that will bring you money... it is you to create an ambiance in your site and bring people to subscribe or sponsor...

That's understood.

For example, there's a hack to display sponsor banners on the forum home page. That's a hack that will help generate income by charging sponsors to display their banner and product description.

Other hacks might allow users to pay a fee to have access to special features and not have to look at ads.

Those are the type of ideas I'm looking for.
