Nice hack :)
And isn't there an hook location between navbar and forums? Then it could be a product without template modifications :) |

nice hack, installed.
feature suggestions: ability to use/store several messages add slot machine type scrolling so that when used in conjunction with the above feature it would rotate between one message and another by flipping up. ability to point the hack to a forum/s to pull the latest threads from it ability to turn it off by usergroups |
As a devoted follower of Marky, I guess I'll install this too! :)

It's good. But, I have a suggestion.
I think it's hard to read the marquee, especially when you run your screen resolution high as I do. It doesn't scroll across the screen smoothly, and you can't stop it by mousing over it. Might I suggest some way to stop the scroll when you mouse over it, or, enable some way to adjust the speed? The slot machine effect mentioned above is a good suggestion also. Nice work. rich |
How does this hack differ from the Global Anouncement? It's bacicly the same but just in a different location?
Great Hacks by the way |
