2 problems im having can any1 help ?
 
When im editing my profile and i assume this will happen to all memebrs when the forum os opened i get this message :

also 2nd problem when editing my signature it doesnt have any buttons like the image button etc and i tried using the [img] code but the pic just came up as the address of the picture.

can anybody help ?

1. You are under the age of 13. Or you entered the birth date wrong.
2. You can enable the IMG code in signatures.

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> User Profile Options --> Allow [IMG] Code in Signatures --> YES
