Currently active users on all pages?

Hi folks,

I want to add "Currently active users" to the navabar so that is shows up on all pages. It works fine on forumhome, but it doesn't show up anyplace else.

I believe because the code for that is in index.php. Any ideas on how to get this working on other pages?
