Edited and included a live demo. I have some friends working to get better icon images. Will update soon.

redspider, you can edit .js so as to -.gif is default skin font size, other as +.gif when click size post increase one unit.

Example: default -.gif is 11px, when click +.gif the font size in postbit increase 12px, and if I click -.gif again, the font size automatic return 11px). And should keep font resize in between two font size successive, do not set the font + very big, it will make postbit look not beauty.
