forum width issue

Hi peeps

I have a wee issue where, when i try to make the browser window smaller
it onl goes so far and then a scroll bar at the bottom appears, Its eve worse with firefox the scroll bar appears a lot sooner on the resize....

Could some one please take a look at any of the scripts they want to try and sort this please?
