quick reply box closed

I'm running Version 3.5.3

How do I set it so the quick reply box is closed by default instead of open....like it is on here? And you have to click on the quick reply icon to get it to open.

admincp => vbulletin options => message posting and editing options on that page the first option choose as you would like it (yes click not requirerd)
