2 Last Thereads Bar

Hello
I want to use 2 bar for last thereds and post
one of them for all thereads and post , and the 2nd for my private forums and i want the Moderator only how can see this bar.
I'm tried:

I used the code in Navbar template as a condition
....
please I want better way to do that coz. this way not worked with me although I duppiclate the original product for Last 10 Thereads and I changed the template value from $last10_thread to $last10_thread_private
But It didn't work
