Ban by minutes and hours too

Ban by minutes and hours too. Requested here.

Remember to adjust the 'Restore Temporarily Banned Users' scheduled task accordingly.

See here for how to set the minimum ban time to 15 minutes.

but for banning under 1Hour must set Restore Temporarily Banned Users CRONJOB to run every minute
wouldnt this increase server loads?

hey calorie i have a problem that the banned people stay banned even after the time period has ended. :ermm:

(i ban people a lot so ive heard it quite a few times since i installed the hack)
