Feeding the post link to a different page on the website
 
I have a website the runs a vbulletin forum.

I am going to have one of the categories as a news category. Each time I post a news updates I would like the title to be a link else where on the site so people can click the link and they are taken to that forum category.

For example the title of this post is "Feeding the post link to a different page on the website" can we make that title a link on a different page of the site?

Much the same as what is happening on the front page of this website.
