Initial user agreement
 

I'm not sure what I did, but I changed something which added a background to the user agreement. Try to register on my site below and you'll see what I'm talking about. One user commented on how it's hard to read the agreement with the background. :) What did I change or what do I change to put back?

Check admincp -> Styles & Templates -> Styles Manager -> Main CSS

Second area, Page Background, check that for any specifications of having a background as its picking up on the background for the text, not the main background as a solid color.
