Bypassing use one e-mailaddress on more users

Hi guys!

I always used the adminpanel to put one e-mailaddress inside multiple accounts (very usefull for testing).
But since 3.5.2 it says to me
The email address you entered is already in use. If you have forgotten your password, please click here. even when I use the ACP.

Is there a way to bypass this permanent?
