mutual friend of a mutual friend of a......

Is there a hack out there that shows the friends-connection on a profile?

Example: let's say Jay has Brian as a mutual friend and Brian has Kevin as a mutual friend and Kevin has Colin as a mutual friend

If I'm logged in as Jay and I happen to visit Colin's profile the following shows:

connection: Jay>Brian>Kevin>Colin

and if I happen to visit Kevin's profile the following shows:

connection: Jay>Brain>Kevin
