Warcraft 3 game finder (HELP !)

Would like to do something where a user can post and find Warcraft 3 : Dota games. Basically user would post some text and after that he has the ability to "close" or remove the game from a games listing page.

By default the games would also be there no longer than an hour. It should be able to handle much load.

Anyone knows if theres already something similar built like this or how much you would charge to do it?
