Finding out Proxy I.P addresses

Finding out Proxy I.P addresses

i already have a hack installed that blocks most proxy's

but some still get through. for example ghostproxy. someone made a user account through ghostproxy and i have the i.p address and have blocked it.

is there a way of finding out all the i.p addresses of this proxy so it can be blocked by me and cant be used to access my site?
