How do I go about creating a vbulletin style?

Hi,
I really want to know how to creat a vbulletin style, I could probably work out all the images I need but I would like to know how to code it. If I was told how to code styles then I may help out the community and create a few free ones! If anyone knows how or could show me a websites that explains it then please help me out.

I learn by using the default vB skin and just go off experimenting with what looks best :)
