[Request] Flares on links

hello, i've been wondering if there's a link or someone from the site that i'm about to show you modified it..but i thought it was cool and would like the hack as well.. now click to this link and go press any tab on the top of nav bar or thread you will see like little flares or sparkles flash...can that be done
