New welcome message

Id like to add a new welcome message. Mine is currently:

But id like a custom message such as on this board

into AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases
Search for Text = first_visit_message
Search in ... = Phrase Variable Name Only
Find and Edit (:
