any help would be appreciated.

is there any way to import data (ie author, title, body text) from a database table (non-vb) into an existing vb database/install by creating a new forum with the individual database entries each as a new post?

i am looking for a way to import data into a new forum and populating the forum as 'individual posts' with titles and body text.

any help is appreciated. the table has the columns 'submitted by','title','body' but the submitted by may not correspond to the exisiting user table (ie the users would not necessarily match). thanks
