cPanel Help

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to restrict FTP permissions to accounts made via FTP. Basically, it allows me to make accounts with access to a folder and everything below that... but I can't choose what they're allowed to do. I want to make the account able to upload, but unable to delete or download. Is that possible?

yes but you need to be root todo that you cando this in the configuration file of your ftpserver but root is requirerd ....
