changing the nested quotes limit
 
in case you don't know what i'm talking about i mean the limit that limits you to one quote when quoting a post with one or more nested quotes in it

i know php but i'd like to know where to start so i don't have to go through tons of code to do this, all programmers know it takes some extra time to get yourself up to speed with someone elses code and my work takes up the bulk of my free time
