[Question] Forum Home Mouseover Flares
 
good day,

i've been looking for this hack and can not find it and yes used the search button...i like this hack can anybody help i spotted on this siteForum Site if you would like to view it and see wat i'm talking about.

when you put your mouse on the post desciption let's say dog with the mouse the forum effect shows a flare look i was wondering if anybody know and direct me to it ..thanks and a pic that will help
