More usergroup options visible??

(since I want to be able to create my own usergroups, and not having to set them to "moderator". I want specified control.)

This is because I have an AWS (adwaced warning system) installed, and it's set so that everyone in the management team can use it, and according to the AWS system, all of the "sub-forum-moderators" are a part of the management system too. And I absolutely don't want them to be able to use the AWS on the site, as most of them are not reliable as moderators in my forum. (the sub-forums is about their interest and stuff)
