i uploaded all the files and when i ran the install.php everything was a go except this:

/bot/programe/src/botinst/ is executable (chmod 755):

it says NO.Am i doing anything wrong?Any help is appreciated.

from your host control panel, click on the folder /botinst and you should be offered the option to change permissions of the folder...giving it a 777 makes it readable, writeable and executable

the thing you're doing wrong is to use THIS forum for support... there is plenty of other forums above, ...
