I know it isn't 3.5, but how are they incorporating vb into the site like that?

My best guess would be they created their own style that looks exactly like their site. Then again, people with alot of money usually hire professional programmers to make a unique site for them.

if you paid more attention and clicked on the discussions section then you'll notice the footer...

I know they are using Vbulletin, but how did they make it look that way? A Hack?

probably they had there own template who knows may be alot of worrk to config
