Menu on top of banners?

Hi all

I'm having a little problem with my banners. When I click on search from the menu, the swf banners appear ontop. Which makes it difficult to perform any functions. It's not clearly visible.

Is there anyway to get the search option to appear ontop?

Can anyone help? Is there a way of getting the menu to appear ontop?
