On this forum, i thinks its using IPB or IB or something...

When you enter a name, user, pass, email it will tell you if its correct, if its taken and stuff... try it so you can understand me more better.

it also has an option to register with an subscription.

Is anything like this available for vBulletin?

yeah .. the way you register in the IPB FORUM is Sooo Awesome And Easy ..
and the lil " tick " pic is cool
