Most of the hacks if not all of them say to install them in the forum directory, but they have folders like admincp or includes. Am I suppose to change their names or what? Thanks to who ever helps

Usually you upload all the contents (unless specified otherwise) that should be uploaded, to your dorumhome directory with the directory structure in tact (to say it short, just select everything - directories and files - and drop them in your forumhome.

Thanks, but should I rename them? It asks me to replace admincp,includes, etc.

It won't replace them. It will just put those new files into those folders.
