vb.org Archive - config.php shows zero KB

I get this error: Configuration: includes/config.php exists, but is not in the 3.5 format. Please convert your config file via the new config.php.new.

i have transfeered the site to a new host...every thing went smooth and the host have made the setup....but now anything i upload becomes zero KB and an empty file

i tried both wsftp and flashfxp for upload and ultraedit and note bad for edit
any help appreciated

edit..........nevermind....i found it .....my disc space was filled....silly but with log file.....
after emptying it it corrected
