posting modifications

user hits POST button in a modification forum
vb.org message shows saying "are you sure you would like to submit a modification?"
user can hit Yes to submit hack or no I am a dork.

easy solution to people posting in the wrong forum.

Something like this used to be here and I think there adding that again when they upgrade.

Yes this, and probably other measures will be in place when we upgrade to 3.5 :)

How about "no I am a 1@m3r".

People will hit Yes anyway without reading.

Well, it would be nice even if some don't read it. This way people who like to bash people who post non-modifications in the modifications area have far more of a reason to flame them out :D.

Maybe the message can say something like:

"You are about to create a modification thread. This area is designated only for modifications you have made to the Vbulletin software. This IS NOT the place to ask questions or suggest modifications. If you need assistance with these subjects please use the proper forum area. By clicking the continue button you declare that your thread will be that of posting up a modification that you or a group has created for the Vbulletin software. If otherwise you leave yourself open to our members "flaming" you to tears.
(Continue)........(Go back now and save the agony)"

lol
