How do i add new settings to vbulletin settings

Hi,

I have created a new setting in vbulletin 'setting' table with the group title 'user', meaning it will be shown under 'user profile options'. After I have added this new setting, the setting indeed is shown in the 'user profile options'. But without any description in front(please see attached screen shot). I think i need to add a new phrase and put it in some template. But I can't figure out where to add the phrase to appear. Please help me with this.

To add settings, turn on debug mode of your board. You will now have the options to add a Setting(group).
