[Another request] for geocities/tripod style mod

I really want this feature and I'm sure other people still want it also.
I'm sure its not a easy one to do, so could someone tell us whats its going to take too get this done.

I found this http://www.cyberscript.net the free version works great.
Would anyone be able to intergrate it from vb3?
