Port Everywhere IRC Chat to vBulletin, files attached.

Unfortunately, I suck at vBulletin and PHP programming, so I can't do it myself. In any case, now that pjIRC is gone from vb.org, there's a huge void in the Java IRC chatrooms. There was an Everywhere chat mod that was for PHP Nuke, all it required to work was a chat.html file that contained the HTML applet code for chatroom, and then the PHP file that called the HTML file. I would think that porting this over to vBulletin would be fairly easy, I just don't know how to go about it. The original PHP-Nuke hack zip is attached.
