vb sql login query

Hi folks,

Is it possible to do a single select on the users table to confirm if a user has provided the correct login details?

I believe that vb uses some sort of dual md5 + salt validation but what I need to do is grab the userid based on if the user has provided the correct username and un-encrypted password.

This is to try and hook up a teamspeak server to my vb forum.

Just include global.php in the top of your script, and let vB handle the verification.
