WYSIWYG IE problem

Hello all,
On my skin I created, there is an error with the WYSIWYG editor in IE. There is a tab or something that causes the editor to look weird, and I cannot figure out how to fix it. If I make the skin wider, it will work fine, but I like it to be a little more narrow. Can anyone help me figure out what it causing it? It is on every line, just not the first. I've tried editing the Message Area Width in the StyleVars, but that did not fix anything. I've included a screenshot.
